He previously held executive-level positions at Honeywell International, with responsibilities for IP, licensing, worldwide disputes, and compliance. Before Honeywell, he was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he practiced for thirteen years with a focus on life-sciences, intellectual property, and finance-related matters.
